The Creator wants us to be entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs turn ideas into reality. They act without fear and take risks. Failure means nothing to them; it’s simply an opportunity to find another, better way.
Entrepreneurs move forward without complete certainty. They don’t wait for it. They try anyway. A bird doesn’t test the strength of every branch before landing. It trusts that if the branch isn’t steady, it can fly.
Life isn’t a journey with happiness as its destination. We didn’t come here simply to be happy. We came to experience life and the wide range of emotions that comes with it.
Pain and suffering are part of that experience, just as pleasure and joy are.
Don’t be afraid to live it all. Life is a game: sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. So what?
You build real self-worth by facing hardship.
If David hadn’t been so small and Goliath so enormous, who would remember their battle? David’s lasting glory didn’t come from a friend doing him a favor. We remember him because he faced an enemy who seemed impossible to defeat.
The same is true in our own lives. Every time the Creator wants to raise you to the next level, He sends you an enemy, like Goliath.
(Sometimes, we’re our own enemies.)
None of us knows what comes next.
If you wait for complete certainty, you’ll stay right where you are.
Keep going, beautiful souls. You weren’t completely certain about the choices you’ve already made, either, and you’re still alive.
This moment is all we have. That’s it.
So move. None of us knows whether we’ll be here tomorrow.
