God is everything. He’s so powerful that He doesn’t even need you to know He’s everything. It’s our choice whether to believe it or not. Explore, ask questions, check it out, and if after all that you say there’s no God, fair enough.

My relationship with the Creator is a pursuit of wisdom and of the truth. I don’t doubt His existence. To me, it’s as certain as the sun that the world has a Creator.
I don’t want it to sound as if I’m offering a model for how to live, and I’m certainly not preaching religion. I’m just sharing my own experience of life. The one that’s right for me, not necessarily for you, so I don’t pretend to be a model for anything at all. I believe in authenticity, in letting feelings exist, and that’s it. It isn’t perfect, it doesn’t always come out gracefully, but that’s me, and I’m constantly searching for who I really am. That’s what I do in the clinic, it’s what I teach, and it’s how I live.
A negative view of reality is always incomplete, partial, and untrue. Being angry at the Creator without remembering that He’s the one who gave me everything shows a lack of understanding of reality. He gave first! He gave you a body, a mind, a home, a car, a partner, whatever it may be. What matters is that He gave it to you first, and that’s a different point of view. Reality is always what you want to see.
