The Paradox of Creation: The Tension Between Consciousness and Physical Reality

Episode 57 · May 16, 2024

Episode notes

The week began in deep sadness under the shadow of Israel’s Memorial Day (Yom HaZikaron). As Memorial Day ended, Independence Day (Yom HaAtzmaut) began, and by week’s end, the sadness was beginning to lift a little.

The shift from mourning to celebration captures something fundamental about life: it is full of paradoxes.

In this episode, Gili and Tal explore a world of paradoxes: the paradoxes that emerge within our belief systems, and how conscious reality and physical reality can exist in constant tension.

They emphasize that we need to understand that everything that exists comes from a single source. Everything can change, including the way we interpret reality.

Gili and Tal encourage a fundamental shift in consciousness. Instead of chasing what is missing, we can begin to resonate with what the soul longs for: love and positivity. Only in this way, they say, can we create the reality we hope for.

About the podcast

Listening to The Truth Hurts feels like sitting in on a healing session.

The truth can hurt. It’s right there in the name. But we’re not here to cause pain. Quite the opposite.

In each episode, two women sit down for an honest conversation: an Emotional Healer and her client.

We talk about healing and consciousness, faith and science, the body and soul, personal growth, energy, and different approaches to healing. Above all, we face the truth no one says out loud: everything around us is upside down.

Is this podcast for you?
