The Creator and God: What's the Difference? With Malka Bazov
Everyone around you, including the most experienced professionals, is telling you one thing, and something inside you knows otherwise. Malka Bazov lived through that in the hardest way there is: the doctors said her son wouldn't make it through the night, and she knew clearly that he would live. That experience sent her on a path that led her to distinguish between God (Elohim in Hebrew, a plural form) and the Creator, and to see the Tanakh (the Hebrew Bible) not as an arbitrary collection of commandments but as a user's manual for the body and for life. The way she sees it, fear and hope are both tools, and anyone who understands that stops letting other people control their choices.

Can You Bend Reality?
You react to the same kind of event over and over, and it feels like life is just happening to you and you have no say in it. Gili takes a different approach: every event, even the hardest one, is a reflection of a belief sitting inside you, and the opportunity is to clear it, not just to react to it. There's no need to wait for life to prove to you that you deserve something good before you believe it. Belief comes before reality, not the other way around. And the way she sees it, this isn't only on the emotional level: she explains that your thoughts and your feelings reach all the way down to the body's chemistry, and affect what actually happens to you.

A Sensitive Man: The Cost of Avoiding Emotions
You do everything right. Every time, you decide all over again that this time it's going to be different, and somehow you end up in exactly the same place. The way Gili sees it, that isn't chance and it isn't bad luck. It's the subconscious that was formed by the time you were seven, and out of all the options in front of you it keeps choosing only the ones it already knows. The feelings you pushed down along the way didn't disappear either. They piled up, and that's exactly what comes out later as pressure and anxiety. And even when things are hard right now, there's a good chance all of it is heading somewhere else entirely.

Recharge Your Energy
Gili and Dana open with something you wouldn't expect: they're both a little sick right now. From there they jump to a bigger question. Gili says your mood affects how you cope with illness, and the way she sees it, there's a difference between what you're worth at the level of the soul and what you're worth at the level of the market. The conversation then moves to a model Gili brings in the name of Tony Robbins. As she presents it, good times raise weak people, and hard times like the one we're in now are exactly what produce the strong people who will bring the next good times. They also touch, Gili says, on the power of the words we say about ourselves and on the two deepest fears she believes we all carry, and they end with her clear call: don't settle for a decision, choose one small thing and actually commit to it.

The Power of Inner Energy
You ate well and you slept well, so why do you have no energy at all
You feel like everything around you is changing faster than you can take in: at work, with money, in the world at large. Even if you stand still, the way Gili Man Wolner sees it, you're moving backward, because everyone else keeps going forward. She explains that every big change moves through the same stages: shock, anger, sadness, bargaining and acceptance, and anyone who doesn't recognize that can stay stuck in anger or in depression for years. The way out starts with seeing the situation exactly as it is, and not worse than it really is.

The Crystal Eye: Change Begins Within
When you tried to fix everything on the outside and nothing moved
How many times have you blamed your parents, your teachers, the government, and still nothing really changed? Gili Man Wolner has a different approach: what you see outside is a reflection of what's happening inside, like a crystal stone that shows a different color from every angle you look at it. That means the clearing you have to do is always directed at yourself, even when it seems like the problem belongs to somebody else. And when things are hard, that isn't a punishment, it's an opportunity for repair.

What Really Shapes Our Lives?
You're right back in the same situation, the same kind of partner, the same fight, the same feeling of "here it is, happening to me again". As Gili presents it, that's no accident. Our subconscious remembers everything from the moment we were born, it's constantly trying to repeat itself, and so, without noticing, we're drawn to situations we already know. Even your least logical reaction in a tense moment belongs to a five- or six-year-old child who is still at the wheel. Once you look at that straight on, you can start changing direction.
