Guilt and resentment can keep us tied to the past. In this three-hour workshop, I'll share practical tools and methods for releasing them, teach you forgiveness techniques, and guide and support you through the process.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to grow emotionally, free themselves from unhealthy ties, and move forward in life.

When guilt and anger keep us stuck

Guilt and anger are powerful and deeply destructive emotions. They stir up pain in us, and we punish ourselves.

Forgiveness is a deep and meaningful process in which we decide to let go of and separate ourselves from the guilt and resentment we've carried in our hearts toward ourselves or others. It brings emotional and spiritual release, allowing us to move forward and grow.

Forgiveness matters because it helps us let go of the past and work through anger, frustration, and sorrow that may affect our physical and emotional health.

In the workshop, you'll gain practical tools for changing the thought patterns that lead to guilt or a sense of victimhood.

  • We'll explore the role guilt plays in our lives, where we feel guilty, and why.
  • We'll recognize anger as a legitimate emotion and learn to work with it in a healthy, constructive way.
  • We'll take a close look at forgiveness in our lives and the full range of negative and positive emotions that can come with it.
  • We'll use practices that connect us with the energy of forgiveness, cleansing, and self-healing.

"I thought I already knew everything and had it all figured out. Exactly fifteen minutes in, the first bombshell hit me right in the face. That's Gili! It opened the door to so many thoughts, deeper reflection, and insights. Not everything is clear. I won't find every answer, but I'm sure I'm on the right path."

Meet Gili

I'm Gili Man Wolner, an Emotional Healer, helping you heal and grow through Jewish wisdom. For ten years, I've helped people through personal crises involving their careers, relationships, self-fulfillment, health, and other areas of life. I quickly identify the heart of an issue, and my practical approach to emotional healing enables a shift in consciousness that brings change to people's lives. I see clients at my clinic in Tel Aviv and also offer video sessions (in Hebrew).

I also host The Truth Hurts (HaEmet Ko'evet), a Hebrew podcast about healing the soul and Jewish Motivation. I share the tools, methods, and knowledge I've gathered over the years to help people handle what life brings.

Questions before you sign up?

"I don't have time."
If you don't have time to invest in yourself, the universe reads it this way: "I'm not worth investing time, attention, love, or even money in."
"I don't like sharing in a group."
In my experience, the people who say this often end up talking the most. Set aside what you think you know about yourself. No one will force you to share. But once you understand what sharing can give both you and others, and how it helps you get the most from the group, you'll want to share all the time.
"Private sessions are better."
In some ways, yes. But some things can be taught in a group that can't be taught in a one-on-one clinic session. The energy is different, and the process moves faster because we mirror one another. Often, something another person shares will reflect your own experience exactly.
