Truth, Lies, and Everything in Between
Why your head started fogging up the moment you finally landed
Fog in your head, trouble concentrating, sudden disconnection, anxiety that arrives out of nowhere, and you are not sure whether it happened because the world went crazy or because something is wrong with you. Gili Man Wolner says these are not random symptoms but a sign that the nervous system is asking to relax, that the soul is asking to breathe. She recognizes a pattern in it that has kept repeating since 2020: the pandemic, October 7, and now another war, and every time we are asked to do the same thing all over again. The real war is not being fought on the battlefield. It is being fought over our attention.

Live by Your Deepest Truth
You keep replaying the same conversation in your head, trying to work out how something that felt right yesterday doesn't feel right today. According to Gili, that's exactly the point. Every role you fill, as a mother, as an employee, as a daughter, brings a different truth with it, so there's no one formula that always holds up. From there she goes further: nobody can really hurt you. You're the one who decides that, through the way you treat yourself. At the end she offers a simple tool, the Crystal Eye (Ein HaBedolach), which helps you look at what's happening in your life without labeling everything as good or bad.

Authenticity and Faith
You're living by a script somebody else wrote for you: your parents, society, the fear of what people will say. You promise yourself things and you don't always keep those promises, and without noticing it that eats away at your confidence. According to Gili Man Wolner, this is exactly what happens to most people. They aren't living their own real nature, they're wearing other people's expectations. Here she explains why that happens, and how to start finding your way back to yourself.

Secrets: Order and Knowledge
There are weeks when it is harder to breathe, and the week between Holocaust Remembrance Day and Memorial Day is one of them, with the stories that keep surfacing and shaking us all over again. From that painful place Gili turns to a completely different question: what choice is left to us when we have no control over what happens? A secret, sod in Hebrew, is not classified information but an acronym for seder ve'da'at, order and knowledge, a journey of consciousness you enter through a question rather than a ready-made answer. And the Garden of Eden is not a place you travel to but a state you can reach here and now.

When Definitions Become Limits
You know exactly what needs to be done. The list is clear, maybe even written down somewhere, and still nothing moves. Gili Man Wolner says this isn't laziness and it isn't a lack of knowledge, it's fear, sitting much deeper than it seems. Underneath the fear is an old thought that repeated itself so many times it turned into a belief, and that belief is what's actually deciding for you.

The Power of Better Questions
You know exactly how it goes. The same thought comes back, the same loop, and you can't get out of it no matter how hard you try. Gili says the problem isn't you, it's the question you're asking yourself. "Why do I never succeed?" pulls an automatic negative answer out of the brain, while a completely different question opens up somewhere else entirely. You can also move your focus on purpose: remember a moment when you were proud of yourself, and feel again what that was like in your body and on your face. And there's one small word worth watching out for: "my," as in "my fear," which turns a temporary pattern into a permanent identity.

Meet Gili and Tal: How The Truth Hurts Began
Why you feel guilty instead of angry
You wake up in the morning and something in you has already given up, before the day has even started. The way Gili sees it, there's a difference between anger and guilt. Anger is there to protect your boundaries. Guilt holds you back from the inside and leaves you stuck between "I'm the victim" and "I'm the one to blame," until it wears you out, and she says it can turn into illness and wreck relationships too. She's honest about one more thing: the way she sees it, we all kind of like picking at the wound, even when it hurts. Gili suggests a simple exercise. Stop before you react, and keep asking what is actually making you angry, because usually the thing that irritates you out there is a smudge on your own face.

Reality Check: What Is Reality Made Of?
You feel like something is missing from the picture, and you don't know what
You live inside laws that look self-evident to you. An object falls, a hand gets burned in fire, a seed turns into wheat. And that's exactly what makes you forget that there's something much deeper here, hiding underneath everything you see and touch every day. The way Gili sees it, our reality is only the result of a long chain whose roots are completely hidden from us, and other realities we know nothing about could exist alongside it. What is reality? That's no small question. Asking it is a tool that can teach you to doubt what looks obvious.

Finding Everyday Miracles in Kislev
You think the thoughts you have are yours, but a lot of them reached you before you ever had a chance to choose. Gili says that whatever you believe becomes your truth, even when it's a limiting belief that was set in childhood and has never been checked since. This isn't only theory. Behind money, relationships, health or loneliness, there is usually that same old belief, still writing the story. The question isn't whether you can change it. The question is whether you're willing to look again at what is actually true for you.

Authenticity or Belonging?
Why it's so frightening to be different from everyone else
There's one question that's hard to get away from: what are you really avoiding in life? Almost every time, the answer comes back to your parents, sometimes by way of a promise you made yourself not to be like them, and without noticing you became another version of the same thing. Gili says we're certain we're way past the previous generation, and in reality we're stuck on exactly the same issues, except that nobody stops to ask where it leads. It all starts before we understood anything: the need to be loved collides with the need to be ourselves from the very first moment.
